The New Canaan Athletic Foundation (NCAF) is proud to announce the kick-off of its third major capital campaign:
The Marinelli Campaign; a public – private collaboration between the NCAF and the Town of New Canaan that will benefit ALL SPORTS. The campaign will raise $5 million for:

Phase I (Summer 2023): Renovate Dunning Stadium to include:

• • • A new multi-purpose press box (used for athletic video production of games, and to serve as a laboratory/classroom for students with broadcasting interest)
    • New state-of-the-art lighting system at Dunning turf (completed)
    • A new community plaza with donor wall and picnic area
    • A new concession area
    • New restrooms

About Coach Lou Marinelli

Lou Marinelli is a New Canaan institution in his own right. The 2022 season marked his 42nd year as Head Coach of the New Canaan Rams football team. His many accolades include National Football Foundation Coach of the Year, Hall of Fame Coach of the Year, and Connecticut’s most winning coach in high school football history. His steadfast dedication is the perfect example to energize our legacy, for ALL SPORTS.
